JOB DESCRIPTION
We are a locally owned automotive shop that specializes in off-road and four-wheel drive vehicles while also performing general maintenance and repair on all makes and models of cars and trucks with an emphasis on Toyotas. We are looking for a mechanic to add to our growing team. Our ideal candidate is a mechanic who is passionate about all things automotive and enjoys the outdoors.
Pay is dependent on experience level. Benefits include one week of paid time off after a year of service. Health insurance repayment available. Retirement plans available with potential percentage matching.
Responsibilities
Complete work on engine, drivetrain, suspension, exhaust, electrical, and braking systems.
Installation of lift kits on trucks and SUVs
Mount and balance of wheels and tires
Alignments
Aftermarket accessories
Detect and troubleshoot vehicle issues including use of diagnostic tools
Qualifications
Automotive mechanic with at least five years of experience with background knowledge of 4 wheel drive vehicles.
Responsible with excellent time management skills
Problem solver with ability to think outside the box
Goal oriented self-starter who is looking for an opportunity to grow, learn new skills, and work on unique projects
